You and a Senior Living Advisor will discuss your loved one’s medical, social, and budgetary needs for the purpose of locating the most appropriate housing. We will schedule a time to tour with you at local State Licensed Assisted Living Communities and/or Residential Care Homes that best fit the needs and interests of your loved one. We assist with processing the required medical paperwork needed for your loved one to be placed. Helpful information will be provided to you on Alzheimer’s & Dementia support groups and additional referral services to help with the transition.
